DealerVault provides a web-based dealership management platform for Ontario motor vehicle dealers. The service includes inventory management, deal processing, document generation, and compliance tools.
While DealerVault is designed to assist with OMVIC compliance, the dealership remains solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA), 2002, OMVIC regulations, and all applicable laws. DealerVault is a tool to assist compliance, not a substitute for legal advice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is provided. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of all data entered into DealerVault. We process your data solely to provide the service. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data.
You agree to use DealerVault only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Ontario and Canadian laws, including OMVIC regulations, the Consumer Protection Act, and PIPEDA.
DealerVault is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to regulatory fines, lost deals, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
